So for example, if your diet is to eat one meal per day and you want to skip one day each week. This means that you need 6 meals per week, accordingly you need to have 24 meals a month. You can easily order exactly 24 meals from our website & pay once, this doesn't mean that we will deliver all 24 meals same day, instead you can schedule 2 meals today then 1 meal next Sunday and so son.
No need to go through the daily hassle of "where I am going to order from today?", "Shall I cook or order today?" which sometimes and might be most of the times ends up eating what doesn't necessarily delivers your diet, hence you reach your goal in slower pace and waste time on daily ordering and payments

1- Our wide variety & flexibility
We have over 450 meal combinations that you can build yourself. We don't make you choose from a fixed/set menu. Instead we give you the flexibility to really build your own meal from scratch through choosing protein then adding your desired carbs (100g or 200g or zero in case you don't want any carbs in this meal) also you get to add Veggies or Zero in case you don't want any Veggies in this meal
Whenever you add/remove anything from your meal, nutrition facts of your meal will change instantly and price as well so that you can decide if "Yes, I want to add this one to my cart" (in case it meets your diet & budget goals) or "No, I still need to do some customization to it" since for example it has more calories than what I need

What's the point of craving all day because of eating healthy!? Our portions are very big and really rich in protein, hence makes you feel satisfied for longer. This helps you go between the meals without the need to snack in the middle

4- The way we cook
All Protein is grilled
All Carbs is steamed (except for potatoes are roasted not fried)
We rarely use olive oil (2 teaspoon Salmon marination) and butter (5g per 100g portion in mashed potatoes)

This lean way of cooking gets you reach your goals much faster than others especially if you are working with caloric approach

However if you are on Keto diet (hormonal approach), you can simply ask our representatives to include butter and oil during marination and cooking of most or all portions

Once you place your order on our website, one of our representatives will call you right away (before proceeding with payment) to make sure that everything in your order is OK and during the call you will be able to schedule your deliveries. In other words you will ask our representative to have your Salmon meal delivered on Wednesday while the 2 Chicken meals on Sunday for example

All you need to do is put the meals once they reach you in your fridge and start pulling out one meal at a time and heat in a microwave for 2-3 minutes whenever needed
We recommend consuming seafood meals first. For Example, if we deliver to you 1 Shrimp meal and 1 Chicken meal same day. Please consume the Shrimp meal first then next day consume the Chicken meal

You can send us your diet plan over , we will check with our kitchen if we can supply it and get back to you along with the cost

We are against snacking in general as a concept especially for people looking after weight loss

We rarely use oil or butter in general
Only butter is used in mashed potatoes (5g butter per 100g portion)
As for oil, we only use olive oil in Salmon (3 tbsp per 175g portion)
In case you don't want to have any oil/butter you can ask our kitchen and consider it done

Carbs & Veggies are standardly steamed without oil/butter and also Beef Steak & Chicken grilling is done without using oil/butter

However if you are on a Keto diet, you can ask our kitchen to include butter and olive oil in most/all your food portions

We rely on producing delicious food through out using the following in the seasoning process

Our meals are delivered to you cooked chilled & lasts for 4 days in the fridge from the day they are delivered to you if they are stored from 3 to 5 degrees Celcius

You can pull the meals directly from your fridge and put them in the microwave (meals are delivered to you in a microwave safe pack) for 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave
If you don't like to use microwave, you can put the food on a plate (our packs aren't oven safe) and heat them in an oven @ 170 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. If you are using the oven method and your meal have rice, sprinkle 15ml of water for every 100g of rice before putting it in the oven

Our meals are made from fresh ingredients, accordingly we recommend consuming them from the fridge however if for whatever reason you won't be able to consume them within the 4 days shelf life, you can put them in your freezer up to 3 months. Get your meal(s) out of the freezer one night before using them in the fridge, then heat them as mentioned above

That depends so much on your plan. We design the plan that fits your lifestyle & caloric needs & taste, not the other way around. Accordingly we don't offer fixed plans, hence we don't have a fixed price. Our plans are very flexible, hence you pay for what you need nothing more
For example
- You might need 2 meals a day, 3 meals a day or only one meal a day.
- You might want to have 1 day break every week or 2 days or no breaks.
- Also you might want to try only one week or you want to have yourself committed to one month package,
That's totally up to you

Type of protein you choose play a great role in determining the amount you pay, for example the percentage of seafood meals VS Beef meals VS Chicken meals in your cart has a remarkable effect on your invoice value, hence your average cost per meal
